Weekly Fellowship Food
We currently have 5 teams of two people who volunteer to coordinate, make/purchase, set up, and serve food during our fellowship time. The teams are also responsible for making coffee and cleaning up afterwards. The church provides the paper goods, coffee, cream, juice and some of the snacks each week. The teams are scheduled on a rotating basis and are responsible for bringing things like fruit, veggies, cheese and crackers, and baked goods such as cookies, brownies, scones, cakes etc. Each team member typically brings 2 food items.
If you are interested in providing food for this ministry on a regular or occasional basis, or in becoming part of a team, please contact Connie Phelps (603-772-0866) or Janet Coskery (978-388-3201).
Monthly Family Meal
We have a food theme for each monthly dinner such as Italian, Mexican, Soups, Chilis, etc. and the food is provided by members of our congregation. The Church buys turkeys for the November dinner and hams for the April dinner as well as all of the paper goods for these meals.
A sign up sheet is posted outside the kitchen area a couple of weeks ahead of time listing the theme and the food that is needed. We are always looking for new people to join the “regulars” in preparing or buying food for these fun events! If you would like to participate but have questions, feel free to contact Janet Coskery (978-388-3201).
Our kitchen is equipped with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, and a large refrigerator; feel free to bring your hot item right in your crockpot! We have electrical outlets for multiple crockpots.
Sunday Morning Greetings
Would you enjoy the opportunity to hand out bulletins and to greet people as they come into the sanctuary on Sunday morning? See any of the elders or deacons if you would like to be a part of this important ministry at EPC!
Our Choir is currently a mixed voice adult choir of 16 men and women who love to sing; we provide an occasional prelude for the morning service. The choir director is Fred Kneisley and accompanist is Laura Picciano. The choir usually practices each Sunday after the morning worship unless there is a church family meal or it is a holiday.
The Choir sings anthems and traditional hymn arrangements in 2, 3 and 4 voice part selections. All voice parts are gladly welcomed to the group whether soprano, alto, tenor, bass or even “also” as well. We do like to read and learn the music we are singing and we would be glad to help you in that regard as you practice with us. You do not need to be a member to practice or sing with the choir but we do ask for your commitment to be part of a fun group of singers for the glory of God. Please contact Fred Kneisley (603-617-8663) if you are interested in participating.
